Provider only accepts payments via Cash App Under no circumstances will provider accept business payments or any other forms of payment. Full amount expected BEFORE upload. All payments are final. Once the avatar has been uploaded, the transaction is complete. NO EXCEPTIONS. Dissatisfaction is not an excuse.
Provider exclusively offers private uploads. The avatar is not permitted to be made public. Violation of this policy will result in a permanent ban from providers server and the refusal of future commissions. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, purchaser agrees that if ANY issues regarding the avatar uploaded to their account including but not limited to public use/asset tos/model tos/proof of purchase, etc, that the provider is NOT responsible. The avatar uploaded is now completely under the purchasers care and out of the providers hands.
2FA is required throughout the service of the avatar being uploaded, along with the customer being present; for safety purposes purchaser is REQUIRED to create a unique password for the duration of the service, and then can be reverted back upon completion ( This is for the safety of the Customer and the protection of the Provider )
Purchaser agree to have pre-purchased necessary assets and models prior to commission to legally have the avatar uploaded. In addition, purchaser agrees that ANY conflict regarding proof of purchase/asset/model TOS that the provider is NOT responsible. The avatar uploaded is now completely under the purchasers care and out of the providers hands.
Your VRChat account must be trust rank "NEW USER" before you can have avatars uploaded to your account! Please make sure you are New User or higher before commissioning!
Purchaser understands that after the 24 hour ( unless stated otherwise ) confirmation period, provider will no longer be available in DM’s. Any issues will have to be reported through Providers Ticket Channel.
Due to Space Issues after 3-4 days without any messages about things needing to be fixed or issues with the model, The model will be deleted and the files will no longer be available.
Purchaser must be 18+ to commission a NSFW model.
